Hiding columns to create custom views is essential to optimizing the information you want to display. There are two ways to hide columns in Acelab: from the top navigation bar or by right-clicking on the column itself.

From the Navigation Bar

In the navigation bar, locate and select the 'Hide' option.

Once selected, the drop-down will feature all of the columns and then the columns can be toggled off and on as needed. By default, all columns will show and therefore be toggled 'on'. When a column is toggled 'on' it will be green and when a column is toggled off it will be grey. You can also elect to 'Hide All' or 'Show All'. Each time a new column is added to the schedule, it will also be added to the drop-down.

Please note that the number and product columns, as shown below, cannot be hidden.

From Right Clicking

Right-clicking on each column allows for a multitude of options, including the ability to hide a column. Navigate to the top row in the dark grey and then right-click. In the below example, the Status column is the one that will be right-clicked on.

A drop-down will appear that will show a variety of options, at the bottom is the option 'Hide Field'. Once selected, the column will be hidden and the top navigation will also be updated.
