Acelab's schedules allow you to export the information as a .csv file into Excel, Google Sheets, and beyond.
Selecting or Creating a View
The view that is visible when you decide to export a schedule is the view that will be exported. It is important to create or select a view prior to exporting. If you also need to just hide a few columns, do that before the export as well. Once you have your view ready to go, it is time to export.
Exporting a View
Navigate to the top right to export a view and select 'Export'.
The file will then download to your computer.
FAQ's
Why can't I bulk export across all categories? Why do I have to open each category and do multiple exports?
Each category will need to be exported individually. There is no bulk export function at this time. In part, this is because potentially each category will have a different view and this makes it impossible to create the same columns consistently across all categories. In this function, customization was prioritized.
Are there any other export formats at this time?
Currently, only .csv exports are supported. Please use the Live Chat button on the lower right of the screen to let us know what other formats, jpeg, png, pdf etc. would be helpful for you and our team will consider these feature requests.
