Conversation Updates
Video Previews in Emails - When a conversation message includes a video link, a preview images appears in the notification email
Reminder Emails - Reminder emails are sent to Architects if they have not responded to the manufacturer after 3 days if the conversations status is "Awaiting Reply"
CC Not Supported Emails - Emails are sent to conversation participants who cc someone in their reply, letting them know that cc-ing someone does not add them to the conversation.
