Once you have built your Schedule(s) in Acelab, you can export them to easily integrate them into your Revit workflow.

Steps:

  1. Finalize your Schedule(s) Make sure that all of the fields you need are added to the Schedule View that you’d like to bring into Revit. Double check all populated data.

  2. Export the Schedule to CSV format Note that at this time, you will need to export a Schedule, one View at a time.

    1. In Schedule, select the Export button. This will automatically download a .CSV format to your computer.

  3. Add Schedule as a PDF

    1. Open the Schedule in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

    2. Format the .CSV file to fit your needs

    3. Export file to .PDF format

    4. In Revit:

      1. Open a 2D view or sheet where you intend to insert the Acelab Schedule.

      2. Navigate to the Insert tab and select the Import option, then choose PDF. This will bring up the PDF Import window.

      3. Within the PDF Import window, browse to the directory that contains the PDF file you wish to import.

      4. Highlight the desired file and press the Open button.

      5. In the PDF Import window, choose your preferred resolution. For multi-page PDFs, pick the specific page either by clicking its thumbnail or entering its number, then confirm by clicking OK.

      6. Click to set the image in place and resize as needed.
