Integrate with ShipHero

To integrate with ShipHero, follow these steps:

  1. On the sidebar under Organization, click Integrations.

  2. In the Fulfillment Providers section, click + New.

  3. Select the ShipHero icon from the menu and click + Add.

  4. On the Settings tab, under the General section, click the slider to enable the service and enter a name to distinguish it (this is useful if you use multiple versions of the same service).

  5. In the Notifications tab, you can enter one or multiple email addresses (by pressing enter after each one) to receive error messages from the integration (e.g., invalid shipping addresses, invalid tracking numbers, or issues preventing orders and fulfillments from flowing through).

  6. The Actions section shows the timing of shipment, ship advice, and order pushes to/pulls from ShipHero. It is advised to leave these settings on default.

  7. In the Authorization section, enter the Refresh Token after setting up Acenda as a partner and generating the token within your ShipHero admin. To do so, go to the Users section of your ShipHero dashboard and click on the +Add Third-Party Developer button. After adding the developer you should be able to see the Bearer Token and the Refresh Token.

  8. In the section below Authorization:

    1. Toggle the ‘Use sell_ahead for inventory calculations’ slider if you want to include incoming inventory in your active inventory count.

    2. Enable the ‘Combine Warehouses’ slider to combine multiple ShipHero warehouses into one warehouse in Acenda for order management. It is recommended to always enable this setting unless you have specific warehouse requirements.

    3. In the Order Number Assignment field, select the order number to use in identifying orders, either the purchase_order_id (the abbreviated sales channel order number), or the order_id-ship_advice_id (the Acenda order ID).

    4. In the Custom Warehouse ID field, enter the ShipHero IDs of any ShipHero-owned warehouses you wish to use for fulfillment.

When finished, click Save.
