Acenda supports two ways to manage payments on your account: secure digital payment processing through OpenPay or Bill.com, or a manual Payment Authorization Form you can fill out, print, or save yourself. If you're not sure which options are available to you, our accounting team can confirm.
Both options below are handled directly by our accounting team rather than inside the Acenda admin.
What you'll need: You should be an authorized billing contact for your account. If you're using the manual form, have your card or bank account details on hand — you'll enter them directly in the form, not in Acenda.
Option A: Set up secure digital payment (OpenPay or Bill.com)
To switch or upgrade your payment method to OpenPay or Bill.com, email our accounting team at accounting@acenda.com and ask for setup instructions. They'll confirm which option is available for your account and walk you through getting connected.
Option B: Use the manual Payment Authorization Form
If you'd rather not use a digital payment option, use the standard authorization form instead.
Open the form. Go to the Payment Authorization Form on Google Docs.
Choose how to fill it out:
Save a copy: Click File > Make a copy to save it to your own Google Drive and fill it out electronically.
Print it: Click File > Print (or press
Ctrl+P/Cmd+P) to print a copy and fill it out by hand.Download as PDF: Click File > Download > PDF Document (.pdf) to save a copy to your computer.
Submit it. Email the completed form to accounting@acenda.com with "Payment Authorization Form" in the subject line.
Keep it secure: This form asks for sensitive details — your card number and CVV, or your bank account and routing number. Send the completed form only to accounting@acenda.com. Never share it, a screenshot of it, or those details in a support ticket or chat message.
FAQ
How do I update my card or bank account later? Submit a new Payment Authorization Form the same way, or email accounting@acenda.com if you're set up on OpenPay or Bill.com.
A payment failed — who do I contact? Email accounting@acenda.com and our accounting team will help you sort it out.
Can I manage billing or payment methods inside Acenda? Not currently — billing and payment methods are handled directly by our accounting team, not from the admin.
