Acenda provides multiple ways to manage your account payments. We now support streamlined, secure payment processing via OpenPay and Bill.com in addition to our standard authorization form.
1. Secure Digital Payments (New)
For a faster and more secure experience, Acenda now supports:
OpenPay
Bill.com
If you would like to change or upgrade your current payment method to either of these secure digital platforms, please contact our team at accounting@acenda.com to request more information and setup instructions.
2. Manual Payment Authorization Form
If you prefer to use our standard authorization form, please follow the steps below to access and submit it.

Submission Methods
Choose the method that best fits your workflow:
Save a Copy (Google Drive): Click File > Make a copy to save the form to your own Drive for electronic editing.
Print for Manual Entry: Click File > Print (or press
Ctrl+P/Cmd+P) to print a physical copy to fill out by hand.Download as PDF: Click File > Download > PDF Document (.pdf) to save an electronic version to your computer.
3. Submission Instructions
Once you have completed the form (either electronically or by hand):
Email the Form: Send the completed document to accounting@acenda.com.
Subject Line: Please use "Payment Authorization Form" in your subject line for faster processing.
