How to Set or Update Item Pricing in Acenda

You can manage pricing for individual items in the Acenda Admin or use the export/import tool for bulk updates.

Setting Pricing Through the Admin Dashboard

  1. Log in to Acenda Admin.

  2. Click “Items” in the top navigation bar.

  3. Select an existing item or create a new one.

  4. Ensure the “Group” field is set to variant (required for pricing to appear).

  5. Click the “Pricing” tab.

Pricing Options

  • Base Price: Default price applied across all channels.

  • Custom Price: Use this to set pricing for a specific integration or channel (Subscription).

Adding a Custom Price

  1. Click “Add Custom Price.”

  2. Select the relevant Subscription.

  3. Enter the Price (numbers only, no currency symbol).

  4. Optionally enter MSRP and MAPP values.

  5. Click “Add” to save.

Bulk Pricing Updates

Use the Export and Import tools in Acenda to update pricing across multiple items at once.
