How to Find and Update Target+ Logistics Settings in Acenda
This guide explains how to manage your Target+ logistics configuration in your Acenda admin. These settings control item-level attributes, such as shipping restrictions, cart minimums, two-day shipping eligibility, and return policies.
Accessing the Target+ Logistics Template
Log in to your Acenda Admin.
Navigate to Integrations > Target (Edit) > Generic Template.
Locate the Logistics template from the list and click Edit.
You can now manage all item-level logistics attributes for your Target+ products.
1. Shipping Exclusion
This setting prevents customers in specific regions from purchasing certain items. By default, shipping is allowed to all regions.
How It Works
If you set Shipping Exclusion to Yes, customers in the following regions won't be able to purchase the item:
Alaska (AK)
Hawaii (HI)
APO/FPO
American Samoa
Guam
Northern Mariana Islands
Puerto Rico
U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
U.S. Virgin Islands
Note: You must still fulfill orders to PO Boxes, regardless of this setting.
How to Update
In the Logistics template, find the Shipping Exclusion field.
Select Yes to exclude the regions listed above or No to allow shipping to all locations.
2. Is Addon
This setting flags a product as an “Add-On Item,” which requires a customer's total cart value to be $35 or more before it can be shipped.
How It Works
Yes: The item can only be purchased if the total cart value is $35 or more.
No or blank: No cart minimum applies to the item. This is the default.
How to Update
In the Logistics template, locate the 'Is Addon' field.
Select Yes to require the $35 minimum cart value or No to remove the requirement.
3. Two-Day Shipping Eligible 🚚
This setting marks items as eligible for Target's two-day shipping program. You can configure this for all items at once (globally) or on a per-item basis.
Method 1: Global Setting (For All Items)
Use this method to apply the same eligibility to all your products.
Find the Two Day Shipping Eligible field.
Set Value Type to static string.
In the value box, enter Yes (all items are eligible) or No (no items are eligible).
Method 2: Item-Level Setting (Per Item)
Use this method to control eligibility for each product individually.
Part A: Create the Custom Field
In the Two Day Shipping Eligible field, set Value Type to product property.
Click the + icon to add a new field.
Name the field two_day_shipping_eligible and click Save.
Part B: Update Product Eligibility. You can now update this field for each item manually or in bulk.
Manual Update: Go to Admin > Items and select a product. Under the Details tab, find the two_day_shipping_eligible field and set its value to Yes or No.
Bulk Update: Use the import tool to update the two-day_shipping_eligible field for many items at once.
4. Return Code ↩️
This setting uses a mandatory 3-letter code to define how Target should handle returns for each product. This can be configured globally or on a per-item basis.
Where to Find Return Codes
You can find your available return codes in your Target+ Partner Portal under Business Info > Return Policies.
Method 1: Global Setting (For All Items)
In the Logistics template, find the Return Code field.
Set Value Type to static string.
Enter the 3-letter return code (e.g., AAB) that will apply to all your products.
Method 2: Item-Level Setting (Per Item)
Part A: Create the Custom Field
In the Return Code field, set Value Type to product property.
Click the + icon to create a new custom field.
Name the field target_return_code and click Save.
Part B: Update Item-Specific Return Codes
Use the import tool to update the target_return_code field for multiple SKUs at once.
