How to Find and Update Target+ Logistics Settings in Acenda
This guide walks you through locating and updating the Target+ Logistics configuration in the Acenda admin. It covers critical settings, including Shipping Exclusion, Is Addon, Two-Day Shipping Eligible, and Return Code.
Accessing the Target+ Logistics Template
Login to your Acenda Admin.
Navigate to:
Integrations > Target (Edit) > Generic Template tabLocate the Logistics template and click Edit.
This opens the Logistics configuration page, where you can manage item-level logistics attributes.
Shipping Exclusion
What It Does
The Shipping Exclusion attribute determines whether customers in specific geographic regions are permitted to purchase certain items.
If enabled, customers in the excluded regions will be unable to complete purchases for those items.
How It Works
Default Value: No (shipping allowed everywhere unless excluded).
If set to “Yes”: Guests in the following areas will not be able to complete purchases:
APO/FPO
Alaska
Hawaii
American Samoa
Guam
Northern Mariana Islands
Puerto Rico
Minor Outlying Islands
Virgin Islands
NOTE: You won't be able to block PO Box addresses. You are required to ship orders for PO Box delivery addresses.
If set to “No”: Guests in those regions can purchase, and the partner is expected to ship to those locations.
How to Update
In the Logistics template page, locate the Shipping Exclusion field.
Choose:
Yes → exclude certain regions from purchasing.
No → allow shipping everywhere.
Is Addon
What It Does
Identifies products that are considered low-value “Add-On” items.
Add-On items only ship when a guest’s cart total is at least $35.
How It Works
Default Value: No (item is not considered an Add-On).
If set to “Yes”:
Guest must reach a minimum cart total of $35 for checkout with this item.
If blank or “No”:
No minimum cart value is enforced for the item to ship.
How to Update
In the Logistics template page, locate the Is Addon field.
Choose:
Yes → item requires a $35 minimum cart value.
No → no minimum cart value required.
Two Day Shipping Eligible
What It Does
Determines whether a product is eligible for Target Two-Day Shipping.
How It Works
To enable Two-Day shipping:
Mark the item’s Two-Day Shipping attribute as Yes.
Indicate the specific states where the item can be shipped via Two-Day Shipping.
How to Update
In the Logistics template page:
Find the Two Day Shipping Eligible field.
Set to Yes if the item qualifies.
Specify the states eligible for Two-Day Shipping.
Return Code
What It Does
Defines how Target should handle returns for a product.
Partners must provide a 3-letter code corresponding to Target’s return policies.
Where to Find the Code
Go to your Target+ Admin Portal:
Business Info > Return Policies
There you’ll see the 3-letter codes that indicate:
Destroy – destroy the returned item.
Return to Facility – return the item to your warehouse or designated location.
How to Update
In the Logistics template page:
Locate the Return Code field.
Enter the appropriate 3-letter code for your desired return policy.
