Acenda IQ helps you review product data issues and suggested fixes in Acenda. It can help identify formatting problems, missing or incorrect attribute values, and other product data updates that may improve your listings.

What is Acenda IQ?
Acenda IQ is an AI feature that scans your product data and suggests possible fixes. These suggestions may include changes to formatting, product attributes, or other listing data.
Acenda IQ is meant to help you review and improve product data, but you should review each suggestion before approving it.
How do I use Acenda IQ?
To review AI-suggested fixes, follow these steps:
Go to Acenda Admin > AI Suggested Fixes.
Click the Status dropdown and select Pending Review.
We recommend reviewing one channel at a time. Click the Subscription dropdown and select a channel, such as Target Plus.
Set the AI Confidence range to 80%–100%.
In our experience, this range provides the most useful recommended fixes.
Review the suggested fixes.
To see why Acenda IQ suggested a change, click the Why? link.
Check the AI Confidence Score, such as 100%, in the bottom right of the suggestion.
To view the full product record, click the product ID.
Approve or reject the suggestions.
To approve or reject one fix: Click Approve or Reject on the suggestion card.
To approve multiple fixes: Select the checkbox on each suggestion you want to approve. A bulk Approve button will appear at the top of the list.
Do AI-suggested fixes update my source-of-truth data?
No. AI-suggested fixes do not automatically update your source-of-truth product data.
After you approve AI-suggested fixes, we recommend exporting the approved changes and importing them into Acenda to update your source-of-truth data.
You can also update your source-of-truth data manually. To do this, open the product in Product Admin and edit the fields in the Details tab.
