What is Channel Status?

The Channel Status feature gives you valuable, real-time feedback on how your items are performing on different marketplaces. This information is pulled directly from the marketplace (or "channel"), so you can see exactly how your product is listed without ever leaving Acenda.

How to View Channel Status

You can check the status of any item by following these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to your Acenda admin panel.

  2. Go to Items.

  3. Search for the item you want to check.

  4. Click on the item to open its settings.

  5. Select the Channel Status tab.

Understanding the Channel Status Columns

On the Channel Status tab, you'll see a table with six columns that provide a complete overview of your product's standing on each marketplace.

  • ID: This is the unique identification value for the specific marketplace integration.

  • Subscription: This refers to the marketplace where the item is listed, such as Amazon or eBay.

  • Channel View: This is a direct link to the item's live listing page on the marketplace. If a link isn't available, it means the marketplace doesn't provide one.

  • Status: This tells you the current state of your listing on the channel. Common statuses include Active, Pending, or Rejected. This is the quickest way to confirm your product is for sale or to troubleshoot any listing issues.

  • Qty: This shows the cumulative number of available units for that item that Acenda is sending to the marketplace.

  • Price: This is the current retail selling price of the item on the marketplace.
