What is Channel Status?
The Channel Status feature provides real-time visibility into how your products are performing across your connected marketplaces. By pulling data directly from channels (such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart), this feature lets you verify that your items are listed correctly without leaving the Acenda dashboard.
How to Access Channel Status
To view the status of a specific product, follow these steps:
Navigate to Items in your Acenda admin panel.
Search for the product you wish to check.
Click on the item name to open the product details.
Select the Channel Status tab.
Understanding the Channel Status Columns
The Channel Status tab displays a table with six columns. Here is a breakdown of what each data point represents:
ID: The unique internal identification number for the specific marketplace connection.
Subscription: The name of the marketplace where the item is listed (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart).
Channel View: A direct link to the live product page on the marketplace.
Note: If this link is missing, it indicates the marketplace does not provide a direct URL via their API.
Status: The current condition of the listing.
Active: The item is published and available for sale.
Pending: The item is in the queue for publication.
Rejected/Error: The marketplace has blocked the item. This column is the best place to identify if an item requires troubleshooting.
Qty: The quantity currently synced to the marketplace. This number reflects the inventory count present in the marketplace's database.
Price: The active retail selling price currently displayed on the marketplace.
