Canceling Orders
To manually cancel an order, follow these steps:
On the sidebar under Data Management, click Orders.
On top, you can search the order in the Search bar by order number or customer name or filter the orders in the Status window by shipping status or in the Channel window by channel. You can also find the order by clicking on the Unshipped or Late tabs above the order list, sorting by Date Ordered or any other fields, and scrolling through the shown and sorted orders. Once you have found the desired order, click View to its right.
Click the Ship Advice tab.
At the bottom, click Cancel Items to cancel the ship advice. Select the item(s) to cancel by selecting the quantity to their right and hitting Submit.
A cancel button will then populate below the Fulfillment Provider in the Ship Advice tab. To cancel the order itself, click this button.
