Garmin App: what are the available informations I can see in the glasses ?

Here is the list of data metrics you may be able to see through your ActiveLook glasses while connected to your Garmin device

By configuring your data screens, you can simultaneously display 3 to 6 pieces of information in your ActiveLook glasses. These data are:

  • Timer: time elapsed since the start of your sports session

  • Speed: your instantaneous speed

  • Speed ​​avg. : your average speed since the start of the session

  • Distance: the total distance traveled since the start of the session

  • Elevation: your current altitude

  • Elevation gain: the cumulative positive elevation gain since the start of your session

  • Pace: your pace (min / km)

  • Heart beat: your current heart rate

  • Heart beat avg. your average heart rate on the session

  • Cadence: your pedaling cadence (requires an external sensor)

  • Cadence avg. : your average pedaling cadence (requires an external sensor)

  • Power: your instantaneous power. (requires external sensor)

  • Power avg. : your average power. (requires an external sensor)

  • Power norm. : your normalized power. Average power better reflecting the total effort as actually perceived.
