Garmin App: How to use it ?

The ergonomics of the 'ActiveLook' application for Garmin is very similar to that of the Garmin application:

  • an 'option' menu (accessible by the 'up' button) gives you access to the configuration of the application and in particular the connection and configuration of your glasses and its data screens.

The 'Start / Stop' button is used to start / stop a session.

Configuration of the data screens in glasses : how to ?

It is possible to modify the data set displayed on each of the data screens. This can be done independently for different sport profiles.

To modify a data screen set, enter the 'options' menu (top) then choose 'screen configurations'.

The start button (Pencil) allows you to start editing one of the data screens.

Where does the displayed data come from?

From your Garmin device! The application uses information provided by the Garmin system. The data is therefore the same as that displayed on your usual Garmin application.

How to activate / deactivate the gesture sensor ?

Once your glasses are connected to the application, the 'Your glasses' menu gives access to the settings of your glasses.

Here you can activate deactivate the gesture sensor.

How to adjust the brightness of the glasses ?

Once your glasses are connected to the application, the 'Your glasses' menu gives access to the settings of your glasses.

Here you can adjust the brightness of the glasses:

  • Automatic (adapts to ambient light: recommended)

  • Low (low light)

  • Mid (medium light)

  • high (high light).
