LED Not Lighting Up

The LED and the display aren't appearing

The LED should blink for three seconds before shining continuously when the glasses are powered on.

If this doesn't happen, try plugging your glasses in to charge the battery for a while. If the LED shines continuously while the glasses are plugged, let the glasses charge for some time, then try turning them on again later.

If the LED is not lighting up while charging the glasses, try unplugging and plugging the glasses in again several times to make sure the connection is right.

"The LED is not lighting up but the display does when I turn the glasses on."

While turning your glasses on, the LED should be blinking before shining continuously. The display should then be turned on and you should be able to see the screen on the right lens of your glasses.

If you can’t see the LED shining at any time, try turning the glasses on anyway by putting your finger on the center part of your glasses for three seconds. If the screen is showing on the lens of your glasses, there might be a problem coming from the LED, but the glasses should still be working as usual.
