What to do if the screen can't be read even when the LED is functioning

When turning on your glasses, if you can see that the LED is working but the screen can't be read as usual, first check to see if you're connected to a smartphone, watch, or other device. Occasionally, if the glasses connect automatically to a device, the display might remain in pause mode.

If you see that you're connected already, try starting an activity to see if the screen comes back on. If that doesn't work, try to quit pause mode by changing the screen using the gesture sensor.

If the glasses are not connected to any device, try plugging them in to charge the battery, then try connecting again.
