Glasses Not Detected

What to do when your app doesn't connect

Updated over a week ago

Are the glasses on and charged?

Check that the glasses are turned on and that the battery is fully charged.

If the glasses turn off by themselves after a few seconds or fail to turn on at all, try charging them for 1 - 3 hours before trying again.

If your glasses cannot be found after they've been turned on, try turning them off and then on again. Quit out of the app and restart it. Attempt to connect once more.

Check Bluetooth connection

Make sure Bluetooth is on before trying to pair your glasses. When launching the ActiveLook app on your smartphone, a message should appear if Bluetooth is not activated.

Glasses not connecting automatically

Once the initial connection has been made between your glasses and the ActiveLook app, subsequent connections should happen automatically.

If they don't, go to the third tab (glasses icon) of your ActiveLook app and under “Connection”, click on "searching for eyewear". Your glasses should appear in a new screen. Click on “Connect”. Your glasses should now be connected.

If you've followed each of the previous steps listed above and the problem persists, please contact ActiveLook customer service.
