What to do when the screen is unresponsive

If your glasses freeze while they're on, try turning them off and then on again.

If you can't turn the glasses off, plug them in to a power source. This should recalibrate your glasses, thus letting them restart normally.

If nothing changes while the glasses are plugged in, wait until the battery runs low and then plug them in once more to see if the charging begins working as usual.
