Gesture Control Isn't Working

What to do if the gesture sensors aren't responding

If the gesture control attribute isn't working, it may be that it's been deactivated in the app. After you connect your glasses to the ActiveLook app, go to the third tab and check that the gesture sensor is activated. If it's been disabled, enable it.

If the problem persists, try turning off your glasses and then turning them on again once the sensor is enabled.

If the problem remains after this, please contact ActiveLook customer service.
