This guide walks you through the steps to integrate Slack with AdUp using our data integration system. To make your setup even easier, we’ve included a step-by-step video tutorial to guide you through the process.

Step 1: Add TARA to Your Slack Workspace
Click “Chat via Slack” from the AdUp dashboard or visit the Slack App Directory.
Or click here.
Authorize the app to complete installation.
You’ll see the message:
✅ TARA Successfully Added!
Step 2: Add TARA to a Channel
Open the Slack channel where you want to use TARA.
Type the command:
/invite @TARA
2. Alternatively, go to the channel’s settings → Integrations → Add apps → Select TARA.
Step 3: Register the Channel
In the same channel, type:
/register-channel
TARA will prompt you to enter your AdUp API Key.
Paste your API key and submit.

Step 4: Start Asking TARA Questions
Once the channel is registered, ask questions using the /ask-tara command.
Examples:
/ask-tara What’s my conversion rate this month?
/ask-tara Compare Meta vs TikTok ad performance over the last 30 days.
/ask-tara Show me the top drop-off points in checkout.
