How to Set Up WhatsApp Integration in AdUp

Want to get AI insights, updates, and even chat with TARA directly in WhatsApp? Here's how to get started:

🔒 Please Note

  • WhatsApp is only available for Business Account users.
    If you're using an Agency Account, this feature will be hidden.

  • You can only link one WhatsApp number per AdUp account.

📲 How to Connect WhatsApp

  1. Go to your Communication Settings or click the WhatsApp symbol in your new chat tab.


    Navigate to Settings → Communication Tab

  2. Scroll to “WhatsApp Integration”
    If you're on a business account, you'll see a section like below;

  3. Enter your WhatsApp number
    Choose your country code (e.g. +94 for Sri Lanka), and input your business WhatsApp number.

  4. Click “Send Verification Code”
    You’ll receive a 6-digit code via WhatsApp.
    ⏳ You’ll have 5 minutes to enter the code.

  5. Missed it?
    If time runs out, you can resend the code directly from the Seller Frontend.

  6. Once verified...
    You're all set! You’ll be able to chat with TARA via WhatsApp — just like you would with any AI. 💬
