How to create a new Cultural Leader Cohort

Set up a new Cultural Leader and assign employees to the cohort

From the side panel menu, under Healthy Culture, click on "Cultural Leadership Framework"

From here a table of employees will appear, and those with no Cultural Leader allocated will be listed. From here you can "Create New Cultural Cohort"

Click this and select a New Cultural Leader from the drop-down list:

Then select the Cultural Cohort to be added:
​

What happens next?
Select OK and the new Cohort will now appear in the table:
​
