From the side panel menu, under Organisation, click on Roles.
Select "Create New Role"
Enter the Role Name and Type:
Move through the tabs on the left hand side to input all details pertaining to the role:
When complete, "Save & Close".
What happens next?
The Role will appear in the directory.
