How to run a meeting

I have setup a meeting and now I want to start and run the meeting

Navigate to the appropriate team, click on Meetings in the side panel and find the upcoming meeting

Click on Start Meeting (Note: you must be a participant of the meeting to Start Meeting)

The meeting will change to In progress, and will appear in your sidebar panel as Live. This new sidebar panel will show the agenda and any decisions, minutes or items added during the meeting.

From here you can add a decision, minute or action item, and when done, the user can mark the agenda item as complete

Once an agenda item has been marked as complete, the next agenda item will be highlighted for action

You can also click the Team Work button which will take you to the team’s Kanban board

Additionally, you can navigate anywhere around embedADAPT while your meeting is in progress

When your meeting has finished, click the Stop meeting button and confirm to end it

The meeting detail (agenda + all decisions, minutes & items) will now appear.
