To search for content you have previously input into the data platform first navigate to the relevant team, and click on Work
In the top right-hand corner, click on Search
All items relating to that team will appear. It will also show the progress of each ticket, who it is assigned to, the item number and the subject description
Click on an item number to view that information
You can change the team to view their results
Click Advanced Options for further search options
Here you can search by keyword or phrase, team, status, or assignee
