You can link to another item anywhere in the data platform that has a rich text editor.
A rich text editor looks like this
You can find rich text editor boxes in Work items, Cultural index, Career valuation, Peer catch ups, Role tasks, Meeting items, Objectives etc
To create a link in a rich text editor box, click on the @ button
A Link Item dialog box will appear
Find the item you wish to link to, click on it and then click Add Link
The link will appear as highlighted text in your rich text editor box
What happens next?
If you click on the highlighted link text while in Edit mode you will see options to Open Link, Edit Link or Unlink.
To access information contained in the link simply click the highlighted text and it will open in a new window.
