We have heard that some addy members are not receiving their verify email via their Microsoft 365 accounts.
If you are using Microsoft 365 and have not received the email you will need to request your Global Admin of Microsoft 365 to release the message from Quarantine Status.
The following outlines the steps:
Security & Compliance Center (Admin Page)
Select Threat Management and Review on left sidebar. Message should be visible and select the check box next to the email to release.
Select Release Message and ensure the "Report messages to Microsoft for analysis" is checked.
Once a User receives the Released message, they should mark email@example.com as a Trusted Sender.
