The inspection portal gives the reason of the AG error when clicking on the icon.
This example states that a frame damage flag is set and no frame damage item was found.
This indicates that we have a 'Structural Damage' announcement on the vehicle but there is no structural damage item added.
To fix this we would need an inspector or someone at the VLC to add the structural damage item that is the cause. If none can be found then they would need to remove the announcement.
Note: This doesn't happen as often as it used to because AutoHawk notifies the inspector if 1) They add a structural damage item with no announcement, or 2) They have the announcement but no structural damage item. These usually come up now if the announcement/damage item was either added or removed from the inspection portal.
