Once you have completed the steps to identify someone as a V-Trace Employee it is now time to assign them a shop and a job function. To do so you will need to have the permission Employee Assignment under Administration in V-Trace.
In V-Trace go to Administration and choose Employee Assignment
From here choose the correct employee. It should show both their name and their employee number.
Once selected you can see what shops and job functions they currently have and you can add new ones by hitting Add
Once the shop, job function and rate (if applicable) are selected you hit save and the new assignment is saved for this employee
