A CR can be canceled using AMS.
If you have the correct permissions, go to Function -> Inspection -> Change Status.
Once there, search for the vehicle using VIN or Stock. Select the vehicle and click Change Status.
From there choose the status Cancelled and enter the reason why. Then click Ok and you will be prompted to confirm you want to cancel these inspections.
