Old CR not in inspection portal queue while active

CR is found by searching but not in work queue

If a CR is active in the inspection portal but it's not showing in your workflow queue, it may be that your setting for days on dashboard is set too low. To update those settings click on your profile icon in the top right corner and click on 'My Account'.

Then at the bottom you can change the number of days to view in your dashboard. Default is set to 365 so any active CR older than that will not show in your queues without searching for the VIN/Stock.
