View a Vehicle from the If Sale Main Page

View and filter vehicles from the If Sale main page.

In AMP If Sale, you can view a vehicle from the If Sale main page and filter by vehicle status or date. The following steps guide you through the process of viewing a vehicle from the If Sale main page:

1. Sign in to AMP and choose Sale --> If Sales from the menu (see Figure 1). 

The AMP If Sale main page appears, as shown in Figure 2. This page displays details for each vehicle.

Tip: The Status column specifies the status of the sale: sold, waiting on either the seller or buyer, declined by either the buyer or seller, or pending confirmations. If the If Sale has a pending confirmation from the buyer’s side, the status is displayed as Pending Buyer Confirmation. If the If Sale has a pending confirmation from the seller’s side, the status displays as Pending Seller Confirmation.

2. Customize the columns.

You can customize the details that you see by selecting the checkboxes in the Display list on the right side of the page (see Figure 2). 

You can view columns by

  • Run #

  • Activity

  • Current Offer

  • Stock #

  • GAP

  • Floor Price

  • Time Left

  • Seller Type

  • Selling Rep

  • Buying Rep

After you select the information you’d like to see, the columns on the If Sale main page update accordingly.

Viewing by vehicle status

You can view vehicles based on their status in the process by selecting one of the following tabs (see Figure 3):

  • All: Displays all offers for the specific sale date selected, including Not Started, Declined, Sold, and Pending

  • Open: Displays offers that have been started but not yet completed 

  • Not Started: Displays vehicles where no contact or action has been taken

  • Pending: Displays offers that are sold or declined but require additional contact before they can be moved to a resolved state

  • Resolved: Displays completed offers

Searching for vehicles by date

In any tab, you can search for a vehicle by a date you select in the calendar. To limit the search, you can filter by one or more of the following parameters:

  • Run number

  • VIN number

  • Stock number

  • Account number

  • Account name

  • Representative name

Tip: You need to type at least three characters to search by name.
