The Contact Made column in the If Sale list allows you to quickly see whether a buyer or seller has been contacted. The following steps walk you through the process:
1. In AMP, choose Sale --> If Sales from the menu (see Figure 1).
2. Search for your vehicle.
A list of matching vehicles appears. The Contact Made column will display Seller Contacted or Buyer Contacted whenever a buyer or seller has been contacted, but no action was recorded (see Figure 2). After an action is recorded or an If Sale is completed, the Contact Made column will contain no information.
If you don’t see the Contact Made column, make sure that it is displayed by clicking on the Display button on the left side of the grid and then selecting the check boxes for the columns you’d like to view (see Figure 3).
