When you choose the names in the Contact Seller or Contact Buyer pages, the names of the clerk and rep and a time/date stamp populate the AMP If Sale communication and action tiles in the Timeline view.
All activities are color coded. Anything that appears in a color indicates an action. Anything that appears in black signifies communication between the parties involved in the If sale. All actions and communications also include a timestamp and the person’s name who entered the information (see Figure 1).
The Timeline view also has an Inventory Summary that you can access by selecting the arrow shown in Figure 2. The Inventory Summary displays information about the vehicle, including its status, highest offer, lowest counter, lights, title status, and announcements.
