You can generate a customer worksheet or gate pass by selecting Actions in the Sale card and choosing the action you’d like to take (see Figure 1 and Figure 2).
If you’re generating a worksheet, you can filter by customer, date, and rep. By default, All is selected (see Figure 3). All selected reps appear in blue. After you make your selection, select Submit, and the cars for all reps or the rep you chose appears. Keep in mind that if you choose only one rep, you will see only the cars where that rep was chosen on the block for the seller or placed the bid for the buyer.
Remember: You can print gate passes from the Offer page only if the offer needs to be declined for the seller and the same payment and override rules apply for buyers. You can’t print a gate pass if the car has been checked out.
To be eligible for PSI, a vehicle must meet the following parameters:
Not sold “As Is”
Sale price between $2,500 and $50,000
Mileage under 125,000 miles
Model year 10 years or newer
Has a 17-digit VIN (not a specialty unit)
After the offer is accepted and meets the PSI parameters, you can request a PSI by selecting Request PSI from the Actions list. In the Request PSI window, select the PSI type and then select Submit (see Figure 4). Remember: To request a PSI, the vehicle must be sold. You can’t do an information-only PSI from the block.
