The following list contains frequently asked questions about AMP If Sale:

  • Why are we changing from the AMS format? AMP is the future AMS. AMP is being developed in stages, and If Sale is one of the first stages being moved to the new platform. 

  • Can we enter multiple email addresses on the If page? Yes. Make sure to use a comma or semicolon between addresses.

  • Can I change the email that auto-populates? Yes, but it won’t be a permanent change. It will change only for that communication.

  • Can we cancel the If Bid if the customer doesn’t answer in the allotted time frame? Not currently, but that enhancement is coming soon. For now, you will have to decline it on the Seller’s portion with notes stating that the Buyer declined due to timeframe

  • Can I text a customer from the If Sales page? Not currently, but that enhancement is coming soon.

  • Can we print gate passes from the Offer page? Yes, but the offer needs to be declined for the seller, and the same payment and override rules apply for buyers.You can’t print a gate pass if the car has been checked out.

  • Can we print sales contracts from the Offer page? Not currently, but that enhancement has been requested.
