A pre-sale audit allows you to review vehicle data and view vehicle data for past sales. You can display only the vehicle data you want to see by customizing your vehicle list view, shown in Figure 1. Note: The first four columns will always appear; you don’t have the ability to hide those columns.
The vehicle list contains several columns of information:
Review Complete
Run #
Stock #
Vehicle
Seller
Floor Price
Lights
Odometer
Announcements
AutoGrade
Fees
Customer Type
Transmission Account
Title Status
Repairs
You can decide which columns you want to see. Click on the Display icon, shown in Figure 2, to display the Display drop-down list, and select the check boxes for the columns you’d like to view. Your preferences are then saved for the future.
Note: The first four columns (Review Complete, Run #, Stock #, and Vehicle) will always appear and are fixed so that you can scroll through the other columns and still see those first four column. You cannot hide those columns from view. The other columns are listed alphabetically (see Figure 3). You will need to use the scroll bar to view the entire list. If you do not want to see a column, simply click on its check box to uncheck it.
Tip: You can compress or expand the Vehicle column by dragging the vertical line located at the right of the column to the left or right (see Figure 4).
You can specify how many records will be listed on each page by using the Items per page drop-down list (see Figure 5). The number you choose will persist, and you will always be able to see the number of items you’re viewing compared to the total vehicle count for any filters you’ve applied. (For more on filtering, see the next section.)
