A pre-sale audit allows you to review vehicle data, such as charges, lights, and announcements, prior to sale to ensure accuracy. You can also view vehicle data for past sales, as shown in Figure 1.

The colored information are hyperlinks to additional information. Depending on the column, you can hover or click on any colored information in the vehicle list to see more detailed information.

  • Clicking on the Vehicle information will take you to the vehicle’s Basic info in AMP. You can also hover over this column to preview information.

  • To view seller information in AMP, click on the Seller link. You can also hover over this column to preview information.

  • Click on the Lights link to view the lights.

  • Hover over the Announcement link to preview information (see Figure 2). Clicking on the link expands the announcements (see Figure 3).

  • In the AutoGrade column, you can view the AutoGrade score. Clicking on AutoGrade opens a new window to the Inspections Portal. You may need to log in if you haven’t been in the Inspections Portal recently.) Remember: A 0.0 and Grade 0 aren’t the same thing. While 0.0 is an AutoGrade score, some vehicles aren’t eligible for AutoGrade. Grade 0 is the condition code and is noncalculated.

  • To preview information in the Fees column, you will need to click on the fee listed; simply hovering doesn’t work. When you click on the data, a window shows you the fee details, including any comments associated with the fee (see Figure 4).

  • If you have permission to view or work title, clicking on data in the Title Status column takes you to title management.

  • Clicking on the Complete or Not Complete link in the Repairs column opens the Repairs window where you can see repair details, including the repair order number, repair item number, shop, action, comment, and repair status.
