In addition to filtering your vehicle list, you can also sort your vehicle list in Pre-Sale Audit. In fact, you can even use a combination of filtering and sorting to fine-tune your vehicle list. (For more on filtering, see the document “Filter Your Vehicle List” in the Help Center.)
You can click on a column header to see which columns are sortable. If an arrow appears next to the column header, the column is sortable (see Figure 1). The following columns are all sortable: Review Complete, Run #, Stock #, Seller, Floor Price, Odometer, AutoGrade, Customer Type, Transmission Account, Title Status, and Repairs.
Tip: Use a combination of filtering and sorting to refine your results. For example, if you want to see a list of all vehicles with green light and an AutoGrade of 4.6, filter the Light columns using the word “green” and then sort by AutoGrade.
