You can quickly view the repair status of a vehicle from the Pre-Sale Audit vehicle list. The information in this column is auto-populated from V-TRACE. The following steps walk you through viewing details of all repair items on the repair order:
1. In AMP, choose Sale --> Pre-Sale Audit.
2. Use the Sale date and Sale type drop-down lists and then click on the Search button.
The vehicle list for the sale date and type chosen appears.
3. From the vehicle list, go to the Repairs column.
Tip: If you don’t see the Repairs column, you may have customized your view so that it doesn’t appear. To make the column visible, click on the Display icon and make sure that the Repairs check box is selected (see Figure 1). For more on customizing your view, see the document “Customize Your Vehicle List View” in the Help Center.
4. Click on the colored link in the Repairs column (see Figure 2).
If the vehicle has no repairs, the word None appears in the column. Tip: Anything that appears in color is a link that you can click on to see additional details.
The Repairs window opens to show you the repair details, including the repair order number, repair item number, shop, action, comment, and status (see Figure 3). Note: All information displayed in the Repairs window is read-only.
If the Repairs window contains more information than can be displayed, a scroll bar appears on the right side of the window.
To close the window, simply click on any area outside the Repairs window.
