The purpose of a post-sale audit is for the auction to review and determine whether a price is acceptable and reasonable. The audit should not rely on the buyer or seller accepting the price but on the auction’s review. You will need to provide a reason why each vehicle sold so far over or under valuation.
To access AMP post-sale audit, you should use Chrome. (For details on how to set your default browser to Chrome, see the “Troubleshooting” document in the Help Center.)
The following steps walk you through the processing of accessing and viewing unresolved sales in AMP:
1. Go to AMP at https://www.adesaamp.com.
Tip: If this is your first experience with AMP, save this link in your favorites.
2. From the menu on the left side of the page, choose Sale --> Post-Sale Audit (see Figure 1).
On the Post-Sale Audit page, two categories appear (see Figure 2). The first list shows Unresolved sales with vehicles that have not received comments on them. The next one is a list of Resolved sales. You must address the unresolved sales.
3. To view vehicles for an unresolved sale, click on the arrow to the right of the sale date (see Figure 3).
A list of unresolved vehicles for the sale appears (see Figure 4).
Tip: You can sort any of the columns in the vehicle list by selecting one of the arrows next to the column header (see Figure 5).
You can also specify how many records will be listed on each page by selecting the number that best suits your auction site (see Figure 6).
