AMP (Auction Management Portal) is being designed and developed to replace AMS. AMP will contain all the same data as AMS but also keep a better record of date, improve efficiencies, and provide a better experience for all team members that use it. Because the platform is web-based, AMP makes solving problems and creating enhancements easier.

  • AMP If Sale: AMP If Sale allows you to work offers.

  • AMP Pre-Sale Audit: AMP Pre-Sale Audit allows you to review vehicle data, such as charges, lights, and announcements, prior to sale to ensure accuracy. You can also view vehicle data for past sales.

  • AMP Receive Title: AMP Receive Title allows you to receive a vehicle’s title and enter ownership, vehicle, and title details. Auction personnel can then use this information to manage and release titles.

  • AMP Sale Setup: AMP Sale Setup allows you to schedule sales, view existing sales, and revise and delete future sales.

  • AMP Title Audit: AMP Title Audit allows you to perform a physical title inventory in AMP.

  • AMP Title Management: AMP Title Management allows you to manage a vehicle’s title status. Auction personnel can then use this information to manage and release titles.

  • AMP Titles to Work: AMP Titles to Work allows you to create a list of titles for vehicles that have sold but that still need the titles transferred from the seller to the buyer. This list helps you determine titles to pull and track them as you do so.

  • AMP Vehicle History: AMP Vehicle History transforms a transmission and email-based process into a work queue that speeds up adding appropriate announcements to vehicles stocked in or set for sale.
