You can link from AMS Vehicle Information or Inventory Management to the Basic Info tab in AMP:
In AMS, go to Vehicle Information and select the VIN link in the upper-left corner (see Figure 1).
In Inventory Management, select the word VIN (see Figure 2).
In the Basic Info tab, you can view information about the vehicle. You can select either the Seller or Buyer and then select the arrow to see additional details (see Figure 3).
Viewing sale information
To view the vehicle’s sale information, select the Sale Details tab (see Figure 4).
The Sale Details tab displays the details about each sale that occurred. For example, in Figure 5, you can see that the vehicle sold on its second offering, while its first offer was a no sale.
If a vehicle is currently on offer or was on offer in the past, you will see an arrow that you can select to view more information (see Figure 6 and Figure 7). You will only be able to update the status of the sale if you have permission; otherwise, the Update Status button will be visible, but not allow you to do anything.
Opening Inventory Summary
The Sale Details tab also contains the Inventory Summary, which provides information regarding the sale, pricing values, lights, and announcements (see Figure 8).
Tip: You can open and close this drawer. If you don’t see the Inventory Summary, then select the arrow to expand it.
