AMP Titles to Work allows you to create a list of titles for vehicles that have sold but that still need the titles transferred from the seller to the buyer. This list helps you determine titles to pull and track them as you do so.
To access AMP, you should use Chrome. (For details on how to set your default browser to Chrome, see the “Change Your Default Browser” document in the Help Center.
The following steps walk you through the processing of viewing titles you need to work:
1. Go to AMP at https://www.adesaamp.com.
Tip: If this is your first experience with AMP, save this link in your favorites.
2. In AMP, choose Titles --> Titles to Work from the menu (see Figure 1).
Tip: If you don’t see the main menu on the left side of the screen, click on the icon shown in Figure 2 to minimize the main screen and allow the menu to appear.
The Titles to Work screen appears (see Figure 3).
3. Select a sale date.
You can manually enter the sale date or use the calendar picker to choose one (see Figure 4). Note: A green dot in the calendar indicates that a sale has been set on that date. Only the sale types scheduled for the date you choose will populate the Sale type drop-down list.
4. Click on the Search button.
A list of sold titles for the sale date you selected appears (see Figure 5). The titles displayed do not include any Ownership Conflict titles.
5. (Optional) If you want to display titles that have ownership conflicts, then click on the arrow in the Filters area and select the Show all ‘Ownership Conflict’ titles check box (see Figure 6).
6. Mark any titles you pull by sliding the toggle button on the left side to the right (see Figure 7).
Pulled titles automatically move to the bottom of the list.
