In AMP, you can delete a sale. The sale can be deleted only if the following conditions do not exist:
Bid badge activity
Lot reservations
Vehicle registration
The following steps walk you through the process of deleting a sale:
1. Go to the AMP site at www.adesaamp.com.
You’re automatically signed in and taken to the Auction Selection page, shown in Figure 1.
2. Select your location from the drop-down list and then click on the Submit button.
The Welcome! Page appears, as shown in Figure 2.
3. Choose Sale --> Sale Setup from the menu (see Figure 3).
A calendar displays all sales currently scheduled (see Figure 4). The calendar view defaults to the current month, but you can change the view to week, day, or list by clicking on the buttons on the right side of the page. You can also view a different month by clicking on the arrows to the left and right of the month and year.
4. Select the sale you’d like to delete.
If the sale is scheduled for a future date, the Revise/Delete Sale Event window appears (see Figure 5). You can use this window to remove the sale date or revise the sale information. (For details on changing the sale information, see the “Revise a Sale in AMP” documentation in the Help Center.)
If the sale has already occurred, you see the View Sale Event window instead. You can only view the sale and won’t be able to delete it.
5. Click on the Delete button to delete the sale.
A window appears to confirm that you want to delete the sale (see Figure 6).
6. Click on the Confirm button to continue with the cancellation of the sale.
Your sale is removed from the calendar.
Warning: If you see any of the messages shown in Figure 7, it means that you can’t cancel the sale because one of the following conditions exist:

Lot reservations
Vehicle registration
