AMP physical title inventory brings numerous improvements to the audit process, with one overall goal: speed. The ability to quickly scan and resolve issues means less interruptions and fewer titles moving around (for example, receiving, releasing, transferring, and so on). It also decreases the likelihood of additional exceptions from routine business operations over time.
Warning: Individuals participating in a physical title inventory must not have title management override.
Physical title inventory contains the following enhancements:
Ability for multiple people to scan
Ability to copy/paste exception comments to multiple vehicles
Column sorting to easily group buyers or sellers together
Increased ability to successfully scan some of the worst tags
Automatic date/time stamps so that the audit does not have to be signed manually
