The first step in completing a physical title inventory is to create a new audit. Tip: Create the audit right before you begin scanning.
To create a new audit:
1. Go to AMP at https://www.adesaamp.com.
2. From the menu, choose Titles --> Title Auditing (see Figure 1).
3. Click on the Create New Audit button (see Figure 2).
The Create New Audit window appears (see Figure 3).
4. In the Audit Name field, enter the name of your audit.
5. From the Customer Criteria drop-down list, select All Customers.
6. Select the appropriate check box for the Title Status Criteria.
Your choices include Is Transferable, Not Checked, Problem, or Transferred. You aren’t limited to choosing only one status type; you can select multiple status types of all status types.

7. Click on the Create button.
