After your audit is complete, you can print it or save the report as a PDF. The following steps walk you through the process:

1. From the Title Audit page, open the report you want to print or save.

2. Make sure that Print View is selected (see Figure 1).

Tip: If you see the Web View button instead of Print View, simply click on it. The Print View and Print buttons will appear.

Print View displays all exceptions. You can click on the number of records per page you’d like to view. In Figure 2, you will see 10 records per page.

3. Click on the Print button.

The Print window appears.

4. From the Layout drop-down list, select Landscape (see Figure 3).

5. Adjust the scale to 85.

This scale allows you to see the name of the person who resolved the title exception.

6. Click on Save to save as a PDF or print (if you choose to print it, select a printer).

Your report is printed or saved as a PDF.
