The Title Management function allows you to manage a vehicle’s title status. Auction personnel can then use this information to manage and release titles. This document describes the permissions you need to access Title Management.
To access AMP, you need the following permissions:
Web Application
Web Service Access
To access title management, you also need work title and title management override. In ESS, you need to check the following boxes:
Work title so that you can view title management page
Title management so that you can update title information and change status
Remember: You need to have title management override to change a title’s status. Otherwise, you will only be able to view the title. Prior to managing titles, you can verify permissions via the AMS Security Report in AMS Reports.
