You can pair your iPhone with a printer so that you can print the documents you need. Keep in mind that a printer can be paired to only one phone at any time. In other words, if another user would like to print from his phone, you would need to unpair your phone from the printer before he could do so.
The following steps guide you through the pairing process:
1. If the printer isn’t on, press the green button to turn it on.
The printer powers up and displays PRINTER READY.
2. Click on the Settings icon on your iPhone (see Figure 1).
3. Turn on Bluetooth (see Figure 2).
4. Select the printer from the list of discoverable devices that appears.
The printer pairs with your phone.
Tip: Label each printer paired with your phone. Use the last four digits of its serial number, such as CHECK IN 1, CHECK IN 2, LOT OPS 1, or LOT OPS 2.
