To ensure print quality, you will need to properly align, or calibrate, your printer. The following steps guide you through the calibration process:
1. If the printer isn’t on, press the green button to turn it on.
The printer powers up.
2. When the printer screen displays PRINTER READY, press the Home button on the display screen.
The display screen changes to the Home screen where you see icons of various options, such as Settings, Battery, and Tools.
3. Use the right arrow on the printer’s keypad to navigate to the Tools icon and then press the OK button.
The display screen changes to show the printer’s tools.
4. Use the right arrow on the printer’s keypad to navigate to LABEL LENGTH CAL and then press START on the printer’s display.
The printer calibrates, and a few test labels print.
